Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurea. We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Earrings and custom-made items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization.

To initiate a return, please email us at aurea.jewelry.nj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
